University Lecturers

  • Hold at least a Master’s degree (S2) from a relevant study program

  • Preferably a graduate from a well-accredited university, either domestic or overseas

  • Possess academic competence and expertise in the relevant field of teaching

  • Demonstrate strong teaching ability and effective communication skills

  • Capable of conducting research and community service in line with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education

  • Willing to adopt innovative and technology-based teaching methods

  • Have knowledge about Employment and Maintenance of Employees.
